①将韭菜洗净后控干水分,切碎备用;炒锅里倒植物油烧热,倒入打散的蛋液快速搅散炒成蛋碎盛出备用。

②将韭菜碎、鸡蛋碎、洗净的虾皮混合,加少许盐、芝麻油调味,拌匀成韭菜鸡蛋馅。

③往面粉里加入130毫升温水,揉成面团,盖上湿布放置醒发25分钟,再分割成小剂子,做成面皮。取适量馅料放在面皮上,捏紧收口,放入冰箱冷藏。

④平底锅里倒少许植物油,放入做好的韭菜合子。盖上锅盖,小火烙至两面金黄色即可。
搭配 鸡胸肉软粥
鸡胸肉20克,米粥1碗,香肠1根。将鸡胸肉洗净、剁成末,香肠切出小丁,锅内倒入米粥,加入鸡胸肉末,熬煮至黏稠即可。
