Ⅰ Dominant Items
5.4.1 The steel shall have no crack, slag inclusion, lamination and missing edge larger than 1.0mm on the cutting or shearing face.
Check quantity:full check.
Check method:visual check or check with a magnifier.
Ⅱ General Items
5.4.2 The element shall have a center mark, the column elements shall have benchmark marks for centerline and elevation. The center and elevation benchmark marks shall be complete.
Check quantity:10% random check for same type of elements, and at least 3 pieces.
Check method:visual check.
5.4.3 The top rigid steel frame, top support for equipment, main truss for skew bridge on skip charging equipment, upper discharging section on skew bridge, corridors truss and support assemblies for belt charging equipment shall be pre-assembled,recorded with positioning mark,positoner,etc..
Check quantity:full check.
Check method:observe and check the pre-assembling records.
5.4.4 The allowable deviation of bolt hole and end milling of element shall meet relevant requirements in current national standard GB 50205 Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures.
Check quantity:10% random check for same type of elements, and at least 3 pieces.
Check method:check with a steel rule, vernier caliper or hole gauge.
5.4.5 The allowable fabrication deviation of posts,e.g.body frame, top steel frame and corridors truss support, etc shall meet the requirements in Table 5.4.5.
Check quantity:10% random check for same type of elements, and at least 3 pieces.
Check method:see Table 5.4.5.
