6.7　Throat Steel Brick

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

6.7.1　The connecting bolts between steel bricks shall be completely fastened without any omission.The fixing chain on liner plate shall be tensioned without loosening.

Check quantity:30% random check for connecting bolts.

Check method:observe and trial fastening with a wrench.

Ⅱ　General Items

6.7.2　The blocked steel bricks shall be pre-assembled in the manufacturer and then installed on site according to the pre-assembling records and serial numbers of the manufacturer.

Check quantity:full check.

Check method:check the pre-assembling records of manufacturer，take visual check based on comparison between pre-assembling records and drawings.

6.7.3　The welding quality of hanger and bracket board for steel bricks shall meet the requirements in the design documents.And it shall meet the requirements in current national standard GB 50236 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Field Equipment，Industrial Pipe Welding Engineering when not specified.

Check quantity:20% random check for hangers and bracket boards.

Check method:visual check.

6.7.4　The allowable installation deviation of striped steel brick shall meet the requirements in Table 6.7.4.

Check quantity:10% random check for steel bricks and at least 5 pieces.

Check method:see Table 6.7.4.

6.7.5　The allowable installation deviation of bracket-supported blocked steel brick shall meet the requirements in Table 6.7.5.

Check quantity:10% random check for steel bricks and at least 5 pieces.
