8.7　Commissioning of Coke Cutter

8.7.1　The commissioning of coke cutter shall meet the following requirements:

1　Allow the coke cutter to move upward/downward at a low speed，adjust the travel limit switch according to the design documents.

2　Allow the coke cutter to move upward/downward in working speed for at least 2h，the operation shall be stable，the limit switch shall operate flexibly and reliably.

3　The tip-over of coke cutter at upper bending track shall be flexible and smooth for returning，the tip-over angle shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

Check method:observe，measure and check the commissioning records.
